Have an attorney draw up your quitclaim in one business day

A quitclaim deed is an efficient way to transfer real property to your newly formed LLC or corporation. It’s also great for many family transfers, gifts, transferring into a trust and for clearing up title issues with real property.

My goal is to make the process easy for you and also provide a greater level of quality and trust compared to drawing up your own deed or using an online service.

All I need from you is the info on the form below. This includes the name of the Grantor (the current owner), the Grantee (who the property is going to) and the property description. If you don’t have or know the description, you can send me an address and I will look the property up and verify with you.

I will review the prior deed and draw up the new deed based on the information provided by you. At this point, I will send a payment link through LawPay
I will turn the deed around in one business day upon payment.

Please note, there are situations where a quitclaim is not appropriate and I reserve the right to refuse to prepare the deed. I will let you know of that as soon as possible. You will also be responsible for executing the deed and arranging any witnesses and a notary public.

I can only provide witness and notary service if you are willing to come to my office. Notaries are available in many public libraries, at banks (although they often require that you have an account there), office supply stores, UPS and FedEx stores.

The Deal

I can prepare a Tennessee or Georgia Quitclaim for you within one business day for $145. No need to set up an account, just fill out the form below.

The Advantage

Avoid the risks of preparing your own deed. If you provide an address, I can pull the previous deed to ensure we have a good legal description. There is no need to set up an account.

Please send me the following
